AI Usage Dashboard

What is the AI Usage Dashboard?

The AI Usage Dashboard provides a single, comprehensive view of your agency's AI-related activity and expenses within the CRM. It consolidates information on token consumption, transaction history, and costs from various integrated AI tools, allowing agency administrators to monitor spending and analyze usage patterns without navigating to different parts of the platform.

Key Benefits

This dashboard is designed to offer clarity and control over your AI resources.

  • Centralized Monitoring: View spending, token usage, and detailed transactions for all supported AI products in one location.
  • Efficient Analysis: Quickly identify trends and key drivers of activity using summary cards, charts, and filterable tables.
  • Cost Management: Compare charges and usage totals to better understand where your AI budget is being allocated.
  • Detailed Investigation: Drill down into individual transactions to see specific token counts, cost breakdowns, and other event details.
  • Agency-Wide Oversight: Review data across your entire agency while still having the ability to filter down to specific sub-account activity.

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, summary cards provide an at-a-glance overview of your key AI metrics. These cards display your current plan status, total tokens used (broken down into input and output), the total number of transactions, and any pay-per-use charges. You can expand each card to see a more detailed cost breakdown for categories like Large Language Models (LLM), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Image generation, Video, Call Duration, and Web Search.
