Getting Started with AI-Prospecting Recommendations
What Are AI-Prospecting Recommendations?
If you're a new agency, getting your first client can feel daunting. To help you start, the CRM platform offers a special, one-time feature: AI-Prospecting Recommendations. This tool provides a curated list of potential leads in your local area, tailored to your specific business niche. It's designed to give you immediate, actionable prospects so you can begin outreach and demonstrate the platform's prospecting power right away.
Who Qualifies for These Recommendations?
This is a one-time assistance feature for brand-new agencies. To be eligible, your agency must be between 15 and 30 days old on the platform and must not have generated any prospects yet. The first two weeks are intentionally left as a free exploration period. After that, if you haven't started prospecting, the system identifies you as eligible for this kick-start help. Each qualifying agency receives only one set of recommendations; there are no repeats or refreshes.
How Recommendations Are Delivered
When you qualify, the platform generates a short list of leads. This list is created using the business niche, location, and postal code you provided during your agency setup. The goal is to find local businesses that are a good fit for your services.
The list is sent via a single email to your agency's primary administrator email address. The email will contain the list of prospects and direct links to view them within your CRM account.
How to Use Your AI-Recommended Prospects
Step 1: Find and Review Your Leads
After receiving the email, log into your agency account. Navigate to the Prospecting section. You should see a short list of leads (typically around three) under the All Prospect view. These leads will be tagged with AI Recommended Lead. Review the business details for each one.
Step 2: Take Action on the Leads
For any lead you wish to pursue, your first action should be to generate a Marketing Audit Report for them directly from the prospecting tool. This report provides valuable insights you can use in your outreach. Next, begin your outreach process using your preferred method, such as email, phone, or a CRM workflow.
Step 3: Set Up Ongoing, Automated Prospecting
The recommendations are a one-time boost. To ensure a steady stream of new leads, you should enable the full AI-Prospecting feature for continuous, automated discovery.
- Navigate to Prospecting > Prospect AI in your agency account.
- Click Create Your First AI Agent.
- Configure your agent:
- Give it a name and an optional specialty.
- Select or add your target business niches.
- Set your targeting location.
- Define how many leads you want per week or month (Lead Allocation & Schedule).

- Custom: Allows you to manually set the balance between quality and volume.
- Click Save and Continue.
- Set your audit report preferences on the next screen and click Save and Continue again.
- Optionally, enable Lead Enrichment to have the agent find specific contact persons (up to 3) for each business prospect.
- Click Create Agent to activate it.
Once activated, the AI agent will run automatically according to your schedule, finding and adding new prospects to your list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get another set of recommendations later?
No. This is strictly a one-time feature for eligible new agencies to help them overcome the initial hurdle of starting. For ongoing lead generation, you must enable the full Prospect AI feature.
Do the recommended leads automatically appear in my CRM?
No, they are not automatically imported. They are delivered via email to the agency admin. You must access them through the link in the email or find them in your Prospecting section under the 'AI Recommended Lead' tag.
What if I didn't receive the email?
First, check that your agency admin email address is correct in your account settings. Also, ensure you meet the eligibility criteria: agency age of 15-30 days with zero prospects generated.
How local are these recommendations?
The tool uses your agency's location and postal code to find businesses in your immediate service area. The exact coverage and number of results can vary based on data availability in your region.
