What Is Content Genius?

Content Genius is an AI-powered tool within your CRM that helps you create, plan, and optimize content with integrated SEO guidance. It combines a full-featured text editor with real-time SEO scoring, competitor analysis, and AI-assisted writing to streamline your content creation process.

Creating Content Manually

To write content yourself using the editor:

1. Navigate to Advanced SEO > Content > Content Genius.
2. Click New Article or Write Yourself.
3. Enter a topic or title and add target keywords.
4. Begin writing in the editor.
5. Use the SEO sidebar for optimization suggestions, such as improving word count or adding recommended terms.
6. Aim for a high content score before finalizing and exporting your article.

Quota usage for manual articles: Each article uses 1 article credit, plus 1 keyword credit for every target keyword added.

Generating Content with AI

To create content using AI assistance:

1. From the Content Genius dashboard, select Write with AI.
2. Provide a title, target keywords, and an optional location.
3. Choose a tone or style if available.
4. Click Generate AI Content to create a draft.
5. Review and refine the content using the SEO sidebar.
6. Edit for accuracy, tone, and structure before saving.

Quota usage for AI-generated articles: Each uses 3 AI premium credits, 1 article credit, and 1 keyword credit per target keyword.

Using the Content Planner

The Content Planner helps organize content around keyword clusters:

1. Go to Content > Content Planner.
2. Enter a seed topic or keyword.
3. Select location and language preferences.
4. Review the generated keyword clusters.
5. Create articles directly from clusters using either manual or AI-assisted writing.

You receive 10 Content Plans per month.

Creating Topical Maps

For advanced content strategy visualization:

1. Open Topical Map within Content Genius.
2. Click Create Topical Map.
3. Provide details like target keyword, language, and cluster settings.
4. Generate the map and use the diagram or table view to plan content.
5. Create articles directly from topics within the map.

Each Topical Map uses 3 AI premium credits.

Troubleshooting

• If AI content is off-topic, refine your prompt or regenerate (additional credits apply).
• If you reach article or keyword limits, wait for monthly reset or streamline your targets.
• For Content Planner issues, try a broader or more specific seed keyword.
• If Topical Map creation fails, reduce the number of clusters or keywords requested.
