To prevent the permanent loss of content, the CRM includes a recovery system for deleted blog posts. When you delete a post, it is not immediately erased. Instead, it is moved to a designated area where it remains accessible for 30 days. This allows you to review and restore posts that were removed by mistake without needing to contact support.

Restored posts will return to your main blog list with their previous status preserved, whether it was a draft or a published post.

Finding and Restoring a Single Deleted Post

To bring a single deleted blog post back to your active list, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Sites > Blogs.
2. Open the specific blog where the post was located.
3. Click the Status filter and select the Deleted option.
4. Find the blog post you wish to recover in the list.
5. Click the action menu for that post.
6. Select the Restore blog post option.
7. Confirm the action in the prompt that appears.

The post will now reappear in your main blog post list with its original status.

Restoring Multiple Deleted Posts at Once

You can efficiently recover several posts in one action:

1. Go to Sites > Blogs and open the relevant blog.
2. Apply the Deleted filter using the Status dropdown.
3. Check the boxes next to all the posts you want to restore.
4. Click the Bulk Action button.
5. Choose Restore blog posts from the menu.
6. Confirm your choice to proceed.

The selected posts will be restored together, each returning to its prior draft or published state.

Permanently Deleting Blog Posts

Warning: Posts that are permanently deleted cannot be recovered. Use this option only when you are certain the content is no longer needed.

1. From Sites > Blogs, open your blog.
2. Use the Status filter to view Deleted posts.
3. Select one or more posts you want to remove forever. You can use the checkboxes for multiple posts or open a single post's action menu.
4. Click Bulk Action (for multiple) or the post's action menu.
5. Select Delete permanently.
6. Confirm the permanent deletion in the dialog box.
