Campaigns Feature Sunset Notice

The CRM platform is continuously evolving to provide more powerful and flexible automation tools. As part of this ongoing improvement, the Campaigns feature is being retired and replaced by the more advanced Workflows feature.

Why This Change?

Workflows offer a more robust automation experience, simplifying how you build, manage, and maintain your automated processes. This upgrade is designed to enhance your overall efficiency and effectiveness within the CRM.

Sunset Timeline

The retirement of Campaigns will occur in two phases:

• Step 1: Starting April 15, 2024, you will no longer be able to create new Campaigns or Triggers.
• Step 2: Beginning April 15, 2024, no support will be available for the Campaigns and Triggers feature.

What You Need to Do

To ensure a smooth transition, we strongly recommend migrating your existing Campaigns to Workflows. The Campaigns and Triggers tab will no longer be visible in the CRM interface. For optimal functionality, please use the Workflows feature moving forward.
