Launch an SMS Campaign

Create and send SMS campaigns to directly engage your audience with personalized messages. This guide covers the different methods for launching SMS campaigns through your CRM.

Send Bulk SMS from Contacts

To send a bulk SMS message directly from your contacts list:

1. Navigate to the Contacts section
2. Use filters to find the contacts you want to message
3. Select individual contacts using checkboxes or choose Select All
4. Click the Send SMS button (speaking chat box icon)
5. Confirm by clicking Ok, proceed
6. Select your From Phone Number
7. Compose your message in the message body field (you can use text snippets and custom values)
8. Choose whether to use Drip Mode
9. Configure drip settings if enabled (batch size, days between sends, etc.)
10. Click Send SMS to launch your campaign

Create SMS Templates

Save time by creating reusable SMS templates:

1. Go to Marketing > Snippets
2. Click Add Snippet > Add Text Snippet
3. Fill in the snippet details (name, message content, etc.)
4. Click Save to store your template

View and Manage SMS Campaigns

Monitor and control your active SMS campaigns:

1. Navigate to Contacts > Smart Lists > Bulk Actions
2. View the status of your campaign
3. Use the three-dot action menu to edit, pause, or cancel campaigns

Launch SMS Through Workflows

Automate SMS messaging using workflows:

1. Go to Automation
2. Click Create Workflow > Create From Scratch
3. Add a Form Submitted Trigger or other appropriate trigger
4. Add a Send SMS Action to your workflow
5. Click Publish to activate the workflow
6. Click Save to store your configuration
