General Questions

Are documents stored under a contact shareable?

Yes. Any document you upload and store within a contact's profile in the CRM automatically receives a public URL. This link can be shared with anyone, and the recipient will be able to view the document as long as they have the URL.

Important Note: While these document URLs are not indexed by search engines like Google or Bing, they are still publicly accessible. For this reason, we strongly advise against storing any sensitive or confidential information in documents attached to contacts.
