Using GIFs in Community Posts and Comments

You can now add GIFs directly to your posts and comments within the CRM's community features, making interactions more dynamic and engaging. This functionality is available on both web and mobile platforms.

Adding GIFs to Posts

To include a GIF in a new community post:

1. Start creating your post as usual.
2. Look for the GIF button in the post editor toolbar.
3. Click the GIF button to open the GIF selection interface.
4. Search for or browse available GIFs.
5. Select the GIF you want to include.
6. The GIF will be inserted directly into your post content.
7. Complete and publish your post as normal.

Adding GIFs to Comments

To add a GIF to a comment:

1. Open the comment field on any community post.
2. Click the GIF button that appears in the comment toolbar.
3. Choose your desired GIF from the selection interface.
4. The GIF will be placed inline within your comment text.
5. Submit your comment as you normally would.

GIFs appear as animated content directly in the conversation flow, making your community interactions more lively and expressive.
