Organizing WhatsApp Templates with Folders
Keep your WhatsApp templates neatly arranged and easy to manage using the folder feature in your CRM. You can create folders and subfolders to categorize your templates, making it simple to find what you need and track performance.
Understanding Template Folders
WhatsApp Template Folders are an organizational tool that lets you sort your templates into custom categories. Instead of viewing all templates in one long list, you can group them by campaign, purpose, or any system that suits your business. This is especially helpful as your collection of templates expands.
Benefits of Using Folders
Using folders to organize your templates offers several key advantages:
- Better Organization: Sort templates by type, campaign, or team for quick retrieval.
- Custom Structures: Create nested folders (folders within folders) to match your workflow.
- Efficient Management: Quickly add, move, or find templates without searching through a disorganized list.
- Flexible Creation: You can create new folders on the spot, even while moving items.
- Easy Navigation: A breadcrumb trail shows your current location within the folder hierarchy.
- Performance Insights: View delivery counts and weekly trends for each template directly in the list.

Viewing Template Performance
In the templates list, you can see the Messages Delivered count for each template. Click View Report next to a template to see detailed analytics, including Messages Sent, Messages Read, and Button Clicks. You can filter these reports by date. Note that analytics do not include data from the EU, UK, or Japan.

Weekly Delivery Trends
Monitor changes in template performance with weekly trend data, displayed with percentage comparisons. This helps you spot increases or decreases in usage over time.
Flexible Organization
You are not limited to setting up your folder structure in one go. The system allows you to create new folders at any point, including during the process of moving templates or other folders, so your organization can adapt as your needs change.
