How to Schedule a WhatsApp Template Message
You can schedule pre-approved WhatsApp templates for any future time.
- Navigate to Conversations, select the desired contact, choose WhatsApp, and then select a template.
- Click the button located next to the Send button.
- Choose the future date and time for the message, then click Send Schedule.
How to Schedule a Free-Form WhatsApp Message
You can schedule a custom message, but this requires an active Customer Service Window with the contact.
- Go to Conversations, select the contact, choose WhatsApp, and type your message.
- Click the button next to Send and select the date and time.
Note: You can only schedule a free-form message within 24 hours of the last message received from the customer.
- Click Schedule Send.

The system will prevent you from scheduling the message. In this situation, you must use a pre-approved WhatsApp template instead.
How do I know if my message was successfully scheduled?
After clicking Schedule Send, a confirmation will appear in the chat showing the scheduled message and its delivery time.
Can I edit or cancel a scheduled message?
No, scheduled messages cannot be edited. To make a change, you must delete the scheduled message and create a new one.
