How to Schedule a WhatsApp Template Message

You can schedule pre-approved WhatsApp templates for any future time.

  1. Navigate to Conversations, select the desired contact, choose WhatsApp, and then select a template.
  2. Click the button located next to the Send button.
  3. Choose the future date and time for the message, then click Send Schedule.

How to Schedule a Free-Form WhatsApp Message

You can schedule a custom message, but this requires an active Customer Service Window with the contact.

  1. Go to Conversations, select the contact, choose WhatsApp, and type your message.
  2. Click the button next to Send and select the date and time.

    Note: You can only schedule a free-form message within 24 hours of the last message received from the customer.

  3. Click Schedule Send.

No, scheduled messages cannot be edited. To make a change, you must delete the scheduled message and create a new one.
