Understanding WhatsApp Template Analytics
The WhatsApp Template Analytics feature provides detailed performance data for each of your messaging templates within the CRM. This allows you to measure the effectiveness of your communications by tracking key engagement metrics. You can see how many messages were sent, delivered, and read, and for templates with interactive buttons, you can monitor how often recipients click on them. This data helps you refine your messaging strategy for better customer engagement.
