WhatsApp Settings

WhatsApp Settings Overview

The WhatsApp Settings page serves as the central hub for managing your WhatsApp Business API integration within your CRM location. From this dashboard, you can oversee your account status, add phone numbers, create message templates, and build automated WhatsApp Flows to enhance customer communication.

Accessing WhatsApp Settings

You can access the WhatsApp Settings in one of the following ways:

  • Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp within your sub-account.
  • If your agency provides WhatsApp through the Agency Dashboard → Reselling, you may find a WhatsApp card on the Integrations page. Clicking this card opens the onboarding process if you are not subscribed, or the management interface if you are.

Properly configuring your WhatsApp Settings unlocks the full potential of WhatsApp as a communication and marketing tool. Key benefits include:

  • Centralized Management: Control all aspects of your WhatsApp Business account, including phone numbers and message templates, directly within your CRM.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track your account status and message delivery rates with real-time statistics.
  • Scalable Communication: Create and manage pre-approved message templates to ensure consistent and high-quality messaging.
  • Interactive Engagement: Build automated WhatsApp Flows to handle common tasks like appointment booking, improving the customer experience.
  • Seamless Integration: Connect your WhatsApp activities with other CRM features such as Ad Manager and Calendars.

Understanding the layout of the WhatsApp Settings page is essential for effective management. The page is divided into several key sections.

Header Card

The header card provides a real-time snapshot of your WhatsApp account's health and recent activity. It displays:

  • Account Status
  • Meta Business Verification status
  • Total Messages Sent (in the last 7 days)
  • Total Messages Delivered (in the last 7 days), including a percentage

In the top-right corner of the card, a three-dot action menu offers options to disconnect your WhatsApp account from the CRM or cancel your subscription.

  2. Select Blank Template from the dropdown to build one from scratch.

On the Create Template page, you will construct your message with the following components:
