Business Profile Settings
What is the Business Profile?
The Business Profile is the central hub within your CRM sub-account where you define core company information and apply account-wide configurations. Properly setting up this profile is essential, as the details you enter here will influence how your CRM functions across features like messaging, workflows, and compliance. This guide will walk you through each section to help you configure your settings effectively.
Accessing the Business Profile
To locate the Business Profile, first ensure you are logged into the correct sub-account. Then, click on the Settings option in the main navigation menu on the left side of the screen. The Business Profile is the first item listed in the settings menu and is typically the default page displayed upon entering the Settings area.
