How to Cancel Listings for a Sub-Account
Follow these steps to cancel the Listings feature for a specific sub-account:
Step 1: Navigate to Business Entities
In the left-hand navigation menu, select Reputation. Then, using the top navigation ribbon, choose Listings. From the secondary navigation ribbon, select Business Entities.
Step 2: Click Unsubscribe
Under Business Entities, locate the business you wish to cancel and click the three-dot icon next to it. From the dropdown menu that appears, select Unsubscribe.
Step 3: Follow the Cancellation Process
A pop-up window will open displaying the location details for cancellation. Confirm these details, then provide a valid reason for canceling your Listings subscription and confirm your choice. Your subscription will be automatically canceled in the background. Once the process is complete, you will see a confirmation pop-up.
