Flexible Business Hours allow you to customize your business's operating schedule directly within your CRM's Listings feature. You can set multiple time intervals for a single day (such as split shifts), mark a day as open 24 hours, indicate closure, or specify that the business is open without publishing fixed hours. This ensures your published hours accurately reflect your actual availability.

How to Set Business Hours in Listings

1. Open your Listings business.
2. Navigate to Business Details.
3. Under Business hours, select the day you wish to configure.
4. Choose a schedule type:

   • 24 Hours: Mark the day as open all day.
   • Open: Set one continuous time range.
   • Closed: Mark the day as closed.
5. Enable Business open without set hours if the business is available but does not publish fixed operating hours.
6. Select Copy to all to apply the same setup to every day of the week.
7. Save your changes.

Example: Split Hours (Lunch Break and Evening Shift)

For a business open in the morning, closed for lunch, and open again in the evening, you might configure Monday as follows:

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

This feature is available for Listings users. If it's not visible:

• Refresh the page and try again.
• If your account uses a different Listings engine or configuration, check whether your business is connected through Yext or Uberall.
