Control Template Library Visibility for Sub-Accounts
What is Template Library Visibility Control?
Template Library Visibility Control is a feature that allows agency administrators to manage whether a sub-account can access the Template Library and, if access is granted, which specific modules or products within the library are visible. This helps create a more focused and efficient experience for users at the location level by reducing unnecessary clutter and ensuring compliance with agency standards.
Key Benefits
- Granular Control: Choose to hide the entire library, show everything, or limit visibility to selected modules.
- Simplified User Experience: Remove irrelevant templates so users only see what they need.
- Policy Enforcement: Prevent the use of templates that don’t align with agency guidelines.
- Faster Onboarding: Direct users to approved templates, reducing support requests.
- Instant Application: Changes take effect immediately after saving.
Access and Permissions
Only agency administrators can configure Template Library visibility settings for sub-accounts. Agency users and admins will always see the Template Library in every location, regardless of these settings. Restrictions apply only to users within the sub-account. Note that System Email templates remain visible to all users at all times.
