Controlling Template Access for Subaccounts
Customizing the Template Library for Subaccounts
As an agency administrator, you can manage which templates and categories are visible to each of your subaccounts. This allows you to tailor the template library to match the specific requirements and subscription levels of each subaccount, ensuring users only see relevant resources.
Understanding Subaccount View
Subaccount View determines how users within a subaccount experience the template library when creating emails, funnels, forms, and other assets. By customizing access, you can display only the templates and categories that align with the subaccount's industry, plan tier, or specific use case.
When to Customize Template Access
Consider adjusting template visibility in these scenarios:
- Industry Alignment: Show templates suited to the subaccount's niche or business type.
- Plan Tier Restrictions: Offer premium or exclusive templates to higher-tier plans only.
- Category Management: Hide irrelevant categories to simplify the user interface.
- Template Restrictions: Disable specific templates for certain subaccounts if needed.
How to Adjust Template Access
Follow these steps to customize template visibility for a subaccount:
- Navigate to the Template Library Admin area and open Settings.
- Select the option to Customize for Subaccounts.
- Find the desired subaccount and click Edit.
- Toggle the visibility of individual categories or templates as required.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
Once saved, the subaccount will only see the templates and categories you've enabled, streamlining their experience and ensuring they work with appropriate resources.
