- Find the sub-account you wish to convert and click the three-dot menu icon next to it.
- Select Switch To SaaS from the menu.

- Share the payment link with your client via SMS, email, or by copying the link manually.
- Instruct the client to add their payment card using the link.
- Click Proceed.
If the Customer Already Exists in Stripe
- Select Link Existing Customer in Stripe.
- Search for and select the customer.
- Click Proceed.
Selecting a SaaS Plan
After proceeding, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan from your SaaS Configurator. You must select a plan to activate SaaS mode.

Select a plan and click Continue. The plan will be placed on hold until the client adds a payment method.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if the “Share Link” option isn’t working?
If you experience issues with the share link, check your browser or network settings for pop-up blockers. Try a different browser or clear your cache. If problems continue, review your CRM permissions or contact support.
Can I convert a sub-account with unpaid balances?
Yes, but it’s recommended to resolve any outstanding balances first to ensure a smooth transition and avoid billing complications.
How do I track the conversion status?
Monitor the sub-account’s status in your CRM dashboard. Check for notifications related to the conversion. You can also verify the subscription status in Stripe. Contact support if you need further assistance.
Can I attach a plan to a legacy sub-account?
Yes, but you must manually assign the SaaS plan using the steps above. Legacy accounts are not automatically converted.
Will the sub-account lose access to features not in the plan?
Yes. Once a SaaS plan is assigned, the sub-account will only have access to features included in that plan tier. Any features not included will be disabled.
