You can now design quotes and contracts that include both mandatory items and optional services, allowing your clients to customize their selection before signing. This feature gives you the flexibility to present a base package while offering add-ons that the signer can choose to include.

How to Set Up an Optional Item Quote
Follow these steps to create a document with selectable options.
Add a Product List
Begin by adding a product list to your document or contract.
Add a New Product
Create a new product entry within the list for each service or item you want to offer.
Enable Quantity Editing
Use the Edit Quantity toggle to allow the signer to change the quantity for that item. You can define the minimum and maximum quantities permitted.
Make an Item Optional
Use the Optional Item toggle to mark a product as selectable. When enabled, the signer can choose whether to include that item in the final quote.
