Enable Google Login for Your White-Label Domain

Enabling Google Login for Your White-Label Domain

Agency Owners and Administrators can offer a streamlined login experience by enabling Google OAuth authentication for their white-label domain. This allows users to sign in using their existing Google accounts.

How to Enable Google Login

To activate this feature, you must first be logged into your agency account.

  1. Go to the main navigation and select Settings.
  2. Within Settings, choose Company, then select Whitelabel.
  3. If your white-label domain is properly configured, you will see a toggle switch to enable Google Login.
  4. Toggle the switch to the On position to activate the feature.

Once enabled, the login page for your white-label domain will display a Sign in with Google button.

User Login Process

End users logging into your white-label domain via Google should follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your white-label domain's login page.
  2. Click the Sign in with Google button.
  3. The browser will redirect to a Google authentication page. You must allow pop-ups for this page in your browser for the Google login window to appear correctly. This is typically a one-time requirement per browser.
  4. On the Google OAuth screen, select the Google account that is registered with your agency's CRM.
  5. If the selected Google account is not linked to an existing user in the system, an error message stating "User does not exist" will be displayed.
  6. Upon successful authentication, the user is automatically redirected back to the CRM and logged into their account.

Styling the Login Button

The addition of the Google login button will not interfere with any existing custom CSS on your login page. However, you may need to add or modify your own CSS rules to style the new button to match your brand's visual design.
