Enhanced Sub-Account Filtering: Manage Email Providers Efficiently
Introduction
As an agency user, you can now filter and manage your sub-accounts based on their email provider, domain, and verification status directly from the agency view. This powerful feature saves you time by allowing bulk actions instead of updating each sub-account individually.
Filter Criteria
You can narrow down your sub-account list using three main filter criteria:
- Provider: Filter sub-accounts by their email provider — LC, Mailgun, or Others (which includes Gmail, SMTP, and any other provider).
- Domain: Filter by the sending domain associated with the sub-account.
- Email Verification: Filter based on whether email verification is enabled or disabled for the sub-account.
Filtering by Provider
LC Provider
When you filter for sub-accounts using the LC provider, you can:
- View only sub-accounts on LC.
- Bulk-update the sending domain for selected sub-accounts.
- Enable or disable email verification for the selected sub-accounts.
Mailgun Provider
When filtering for sub-accounts on Mailgun, you can:
- View only sub-accounts using Mailgun.
- Switch the provider to LC for selected sub-accounts.
- Bulk-update the Mailgun domain for chosen sub-accounts.
Others Provider
For sub-accounts using providers other than LC or Mailgun (such as Gmail or custom SMTP), select Others. From there, you can:
- View sub-accounts using non-LC, non-Mailgun providers.
- Switch the provider to LC in bulk for selected sub-accounts.
Using the Filter View
To access the new filter, navigate to the agency sub-accounts list. You will see a filter panel with dropdowns for Provider, Domain, and Email Verification. You can combine these filters to create precise lists — for example, showing all Mailgun sub-accounts on a specific domain with email verification disabled.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the filter located?
The filter is available at the agency level. Open your agency sub-accounts list to find the new filter panel.
Can I use multiple filters at once?
Yes, the filters are composable. You can apply all three criteria simultaneously to narrow down your results exactly as needed.
What does "Others" include?
"Others" includes any email provider that is not LC or Mailgun, such as Gmail, custom SMTP integrations, or any other connected provider.
Do bulk actions affect all filtered sub-accounts?
No, bulk actions only apply to the sub-accounts you explicitly select by checking their boxes. The filter narrows the list, but you choose which ones to update.
Will switching providers affect existing emails?
No. Provider changes only affect future outgoing emails. Emails already sent or in progress remain unaffected.
Can I undo a bulk action?
There is no one-click undo. You would need to filter the same sub-accounts again and reapply the original settings. Always double-check your selections before confirming bulk actions.
Is there an audit trail for bulk changes?
Yes, all bulk provider, domain, and verification changes are logged in the agency activity log. Each entry includes the user who performed the action, the affected sub-accounts, and the timestamp.
