How to Schedule Automated Performance Reports for Business Listings
About Performance Recap Reports
Performance Recap Reports are automated, branded summaries that provide your clients with a clear overview of their online business listing performance. These reports combine profile completeness data with live analytics to deliver a comprehensive score out of 100, highlighting visibility metrics, engagement trends, and actionable recommendations. By automating this process, you save time while consistently demonstrating value to your clients.

- Brand Consistency: Reports use your agency’s logo, colors, and sender domain for a unified look.
- Dashboard Overview: A quick-glance card shows the current score and recent changes for easy monitoring.
What’s Included in the Report
Each automated Performance Recap Report includes:
- Overall Listings Performance Score (0–100)
- Profile Completion Percentage
- Trends for views, clicks, and click-through rates from listing analytics
- Top three recommended actions, such as adding missing information or syncing to additional directories
- White-labeled header and footer matching your agency’s branding
Understanding the Performance Score
The performance score is calculated based on three key factors:
- Visibility: Directory sync status and profile completeness
- Engagement: Listing views, clicks, calls, and CTR trends
- Actionability: Data freshness, completed onboarding tasks, and prior report interactions
Scores update automatically each time a report is generated, and the dashboard compares the latest score to the previous period.
