Managing User Permissions for Certificates and Using Undo/Redo
Managing Certificate Permissions for Sub-Account Users
You can control which users at a sub-account (location) level have access to the Certificates module. This is managed through user permissions.
- Navigate to the user management section for your sub-account.
- Edit the permissions for the specific user or role.
- Within the permissions list, locate and enable the option for Certificates.
- Save the changes. The user will now have access to create and manage certificates for that location.
Using Undo and Redo in the Certificate Builder
The Certificate Builder includes Undo and Redo functionality, allowing you to reverse or reapply changes as you design.
- To undo your last action, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Z (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Z (Mac).
- To redo an action you just undid, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Y (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+Z (Mac).
This feature lets you experiment with designs and correct mistakes confidently.
Keyboard Shortcuts in the Certificate Builder
For faster editing, you can use these additional keyboard shortcuts:
- Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac): Save your certificate.
- Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac): Preview your certificate.
Using these shortcuts can help streamline your workflow within the builder.
