Online Listings Overview and Setup

What is the Listings Feature?

The Listings feature is a powerful SEO tool within your CRM that helps improve your clients' local search visibility. It automatically distributes and manages your clients' essential business information—such as their address, operating hours, and phone numbers—across more than 70 reputable online directories. By ensuring consistency and creating valuable backlinks, Listings strengthens local SEO and drives more organic traffic to your clients' businesses.

This feature can be offered as a standalone service or bundled with your existing packages. You have the flexibility to resell Listings to your sub-accounts at a markup price you define, creating an additional revenue stream for your agency.

Understanding Listings Billing

Listings uses a two-tier billing structure:

  • Agency to CRM: Your agency is charged monthly via your agency wallet.
  • Client to Agency: Clients are billed through your Stripe integration.

Invoices are pro-rated to consolidate charges from sales made on different days within a billing period. Each invoice adjusts for previous cycle sales and prepays for the upcoming cycle.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Listings Appear Incorrect or Are Processing

If listings show errors or remain in a processing state, the issue is often due to incorrect form data. Common mistakes include:

  • Address errors, such as including a PIN code in the address line.
  • Using a PO Box instead of a physical address.
  • Missing suite or shop numbers in the street address.
  • An improper business name.
  • An invalid phone number or email address.

To resolve, log into the Listings account and correct any inaccurate information.

Listings Show "In-Review" Status
