The search scans the entire content of your community discussions. You can search for:
- Post Titles and Content: Find posts based on words in their title or body.
- Comment Content: Discover specific comments and see them alongside the post they belong to.
- Author Names: Locate all posts and comments made by a specific community member.
How to Use It
- Navigate to the global search bar on your main CRM dashboard.
- Enter your search term. This can be a keyword, phrase, or author's name.
- Review the unified results list, which combines matching posts and comments.
- Click on any result to be taken directly to that post or comment within the community.
