Managing Product Reviews and Ratings for Your Store

Building Trust with Customer Reviews

Increase customer confidence in your products by enabling reviews and ratings. This feature allows shoppers to share their feedback, which you can moderate before it appears on your store. Approved reviews and ratings can be displayed on both the main product listing page and individual product detail pages.

Enabling Reviews and Ratings

You can activate this feature for your store pages directly within the page builder.

• In the builder preview, locate the toggle labeled Show Reviews and Ratings and enable it to display star ratings and the total number of reviews.
• Use the separate Show Ratings Count toggle to control whether the total number of reviews is shown next to the star rating on both the product list and product detail pages.

How Customers Submit a Review

Shoppers can leave feedback from the product detail page of any item.

1. At the bottom of the product detail page, customers will see a Write a Review button.
2. Clicking this button opens a form with required fields for Name and Email.
3. Optional fields include Contact Number, Headline, and a Description for the review.
4. After submitting, the customer sees a confirmation message. The review will not be visible on the site until you approve it.

Managing Reviews as a Store Owner

All customer-submitted reviews are sent to you for moderation before being published.

Accessing the Reviews Dashboard

To manage reviews, go to the main navigation menu and select Payments. From the dropdown that appears, choose Products, and then select Reviews.

Moderating Individual Reviews

New reviews appear in the Pending section. For each review, you can:

• Approve the review to publish it on your store.
• Unapprove a previously approved review to hide it.
• Move to Trash to delete the review.
• Select a review to open a side menu where you can Reply directly to the customer's feedback.

Bulk Actions and Filtering

You can select multiple reviews to perform bulk actions like approving or moving to trash. To help manage a large number of reviews, use the available filters to sort by Time Frame, Ratings, Product Name, or Store Name.

Customizing the Appearance

You can customize the look of the reviews and ratings directly in the page builder preview.

• The color of the star ratings can be changed.
• The font family will automatically match the other content on your page.
• Font color is consistent for all review text.
• Note: The font size is fixed to maintain proper hierarchy and cannot be changed.

Permanently Deleting Reviews

If you move a review to the trash, it is not permanently erased immediately. To delete a review permanently, you must go to the Trash section within the Admin Preview and remove it from there.
