Manual Payment Methods for Stores and Order Forms
About Manual Payment Methods
You can now offer manual payment options like Cash on Delivery (COD) or custom methods, giving customers flexibility to pay using cash, check, or other arrangements during pickup or delivery. This expands payment choices for your store and order form transactions.
Setting Up Manual Payment Methods
Access Payment Settings
Navigate to Payment > Integrations > Manual Payment Methods in your CRM.
Choose a Payment Method
Select Cash on Delivery or create a Custom Payment Method with a name of your choice.
Configure the Method
After adding a method, you can optionally configure fields like Payment Instructions and custom messages for customers.
Enable for Checkout
Choose whether to enable the manual payment method for E-commerce Stores or Order Forms. The option will only appear at checkout if enabled for that channel.
Save Configuration
Click Save to apply your settings.
Processing Manual Payments
Collect Payment for an Order
After receiving an order paid via a manual method, go to Payment > Orders. Select the relevant order and click the Collect Payment button.
Enter Payment Details
Choose the Payment Mode from the dropdown menu and optionally add notes about the transaction.
Update Order Status
Mark the order as paid. The transaction status will update to reflect the payment method used. Note: Once marked paid, this status cannot be reverted.
Important Notes

- The collect payment flow is only available for orders using manual payment methods.
- If a payment method is not enabled for E-commerce Stores or Order Forms, it will not be visible during checkout.
- You can set up both Cash on Delivery and Custom Payment Methods at the same time.
