Adding and Customizing Button Elements in Email Templates

What is the Button Element?

The Button Element is a versatile tool within the CRM's Email Builder that enables you to insert customizable, clickable buttons into your email templates. These buttons serve as prominent calls to action (CTAs), guiding recipients toward specific actions like visiting a webpage, registering for an event, or exploring a product.

Buttons are built using HTML to ensure reliable rendering across various email clients. It is recommended to preview your email on both desktop and mobile devices to confirm the button displays correctly.
