Creating Emails with Content AI

Content AI is a writing assistant within the CRM that helps you generate email content quickly and efficiently. It can produce text for various types of emails, allowing you to tailor your message to specific campaigns and audiences. This guide explains how to enable and use this feature.

Who Should Use Content AI?

This tool is valuable for any business or individual that uses email marketing. It is particularly useful for those with limited time or resources, as it helps create professional-quality emails without needing a dedicated copywriter.

How to Enable Content AI

To activate Content AI for your account, navigate to Agency Settings, then select Company. From there, you can enable the feature. It is available on all subscription plans. Businesses on specific plans can manage billing through the SaaS configurator or via the SubAccounts section for their clients.

Pricing

Content AI uses a pay-per-word pricing model. The cost is $0.09 per 1,000 words generated. Each sub-account receives the first 500 words for free.

Using Content AI for Text Blocks

You can use Content AI when creating or editing an email campaign or template.

1. Go to Marketing > Emails > Email Campaigns. Click Create Campaign or edit an existing one. For templates, go to Marketing > Emails > Templates and create a new template or edit an existing one.
2. Inside the email builder, either add a new text block or select an existing one.
3. Click the Content AI button located above the text editor.
4. In the dialog that appears:
   • Select a context from the Select Context dropdown (e.g., promotional email, introduction email, coupon/discount).
   • Enter a Content Title.
   • Provide a Content Description of up to three lines.
   • Choose a Writing Tone.
   • Select the Number of Variations you want to generate.
5. Click Generate. The system will create the variations, which may take a few seconds.
6. Review the generated options, click Copy next to your preferred variation, and then click Continue to insert it into the text block.

Using Content AI for Button Blocks

You can also generate text for call-to-action buttons.

1. While editing an email campaign or template, drag a Button element into the email body.
2. Click on the button and then select Content AI.
3. Enter a Content Description explaining the desired button text.
4. Choose the Number of Variations and click Generate.
5. Select your preferred option by clicking Copy and then Continue.

Using Content AI for Subject Lines

Content AI can help you create compelling subject lines.

1. After creating the content for your email campaign, proceed to the send and schedule screen.
2. Click to edit the subject line field, and you will see an option for Content AI.
3. Provide a Content Description for the subject line.
4. Select a Writing Tone and the Number of Variations.
5. Click Generate, choose the variation you want to use by clicking Copy, and then apply it to the subject line.
