Importing Email Templates from Kajabi

You can easily bring email templates you've created in Kajabi into your CRM by sending them via email. This process uses a unique, system-generated email address to transfer your template directly into your account.

Steps to Import a Kajabi Template

1. Go to Email Marketing and then select Templates from your CRM dashboard.
2. Click on New and choose the Import Templates option.
3. From the list of available platforms, select Kajabi.
4. The system will display a unique email address. Copy this address.
5. In your Kajabi account, send the email template you wish to import. You can send it as a test email or as part of a campaign, but it must be sent to the unique email address you copied.
6. Return to your CRM and click the Continue button to begin the import process.
7. You will be prompted to give the template a name. Enter a name and then click Create Template to finalize the import.

Your Kajabi template is now available for use within your CRM's email marketing tools.
