How to Insert and Reuse Images Using the Media Picker
Using a Centralized Image Library
Your CRM includes a central Media Storage library for all your images, logos, and graphics. When you are building forms, surveys, or configuring QR codes, you can use the Media Picker to access this library. This tool lets you select existing images or upload new ones from a single, organized location, making it easy to maintain brand consistency and avoid uploading duplicate files.
Where You Can Use the Media Picker
The Media Picker is available in several areas of the platform:
- Forms and Surveys: Use it to add or change images in image elements, headers, or backgrounds.
- Rich Text Editors: Click the image icon in any text editor toolbar to insert a picture directly into your text.
- Quizzes: Add images to different quiz results.
- QR Codes: Insert a logo or overlay image into your QR code design.
How to Insert an Image with the Media Picker
Step 1: Access the Picker
While editing a form, survey, quiz, or QR code, look for an image-related option. This is typically a button labeled Change Image, an Upload button, or an image icon within a rich text editor. Clicking this will open the Media Picker pop-up window.
Step 2: Select or Upload an Image
Inside the Media Picker, you can:
- Browse Your Library: Navigate through folders you've created in Media Storage.
- Search: Use the search bar to find a specific file by name.
- Upload a New Image: Drag and drop a file into the picker or use the upload button to add it directly to your Media Storage.
- Preview: Click on an image to see a larger preview before selecting it.
Step 3: Insert the Image
Once you have found or uploaded the image you want to use, select it. Then, click the Insert Media or similar button. The image will be placed into your builder, and the Media Picker will close.
Organizing Your Media for Reuse
To get the most out of this feature, it helps to keep your Media Storage organized.
- Create folders for different purposes, such as Logos, Form Graphics, or QR Code Assets.
- Upload commonly used brand assets to these folders.
- You can rename, move, or delete files directly within Media Storage to keep your library tidy.
Once an image is in your Media Storage, you can select it from the Media Picker in any supported builder. This allows you to reuse the same logo, icon, or background image across multiple forms, surveys, and campaigns without having to upload it again.

Do I need to turn on the Media Picker?
No. It is available by default in all supported areas of the CRM.
Where are the images saved?
All images you select or upload through the Media Picker are stored in your account's central Media Storage. They are not tied to a single form or survey and can be reused anywhere.
Does this affect files uploaded by my contacts?
No. Files that contacts submit through forms are handled separately. The Media Picker and Media Storage are for images you, the user, add to your builders.
