Connecting Google Lead Forms to Your CRM
Capturing Google Lead Form Submissions
You can automatically capture leads from Google Lead Forms and add them directly to your CRM. This integration uses an inbound webhook to receive form submission data in real-time.
Setting Up the Integration
To connect Google Lead Forms to your CRM:
- Navigate to the Integrations section in your CRM settings.
- Locate and select the Google Lead Forms integration option.
- Follow the prompts to authenticate with your Google account and grant necessary permissions.
- Copy the provided webhook URL from your CRM.
- In your Google Ads account, go to the Lead Forms section and paste this webhook URL into the designated webhook field for your form.
How It Works
When a user submits a Google Lead Form, the submission data is sent via the webhook to your CRM. The CRM then automatically creates a new contact record with all the captured information, such as name, email, phone number, and any custom fields from your form.
This ensures that leads from your Google Ads campaigns are immediately available in your CRM for follow-up, without any manual data entry.
