Connecting Jobber to Your CRM
What the Jobber Integration Does
This integration links your Jobber field service operations with the marketing and sales tools in your CRM. It keeps your client and contact information in sync between the two platforms, allowing your operations team to manage jobs in Jobber while your marketing team automates communications and manages pipelines in the CRM, all without manual data entry.
Key Features and Benefits
This connection provides several advantages for your business:
- Two-Way Contact Sync: Client details like names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses are synchronized between Jobber and the CRM.
- Reliable Record Matching: Contacts are linked using the unique Jobber client ID, which helps prevent duplicate records from being created if a client's contact information changes.
- Historic and Live Data Import: You can import your past client data from a specific start date, and the system will continue to sync new clients and updates automatically.
- Pre-Built Starter Kit: The integration includes a snapshot with sample workflows and templates to help you get started quickly.
- Operational Efficiency: Eliminates the need for double data entry, reduces errors, and provides a unified view of your client data for better reporting and campaign targeting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I connect multiple CRM sub-accounts to one Jobber account?
No. Jobber supports only one active connection at a time. You can only link one CRM sub-account to a unique Jobber account.
How long does the initial data sync take?
The sync rate is approximately 2,500 records every 5 minutes. The total time for the initial import depends on the volume of historic client data you select to sync from your chosen start date.
What data fields are synchronized?
The following fields sync between Jobber and the CRM: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, Lead Source, Jobber Client URL, Jobber Created Date, and Tags.
What data is not synchronized?
Custom Fields created in Jobber, Notes, and Attachments are not synced.
How are contacts matched between the systems?
The CRM stores the unique Jobber client ID for each contact. This linkage is maintained even if the contact's email or phone number is updated in either system.
Can I pause the two-way sync?
There is no pause function within the CRM app. To stop synchronization, you must disconnect the integration from within your Jobber account settings.
Can I change the historic data sync start date after the initial setup?
No. The historic data import from Jobber is a one-time operation during the initial setup. You cannot go back and modify the start date to re-initiate the historic sync.
Can I view logs of what data was synced?
Sync logs are not currently available within the integration.
