How to Cancel an Ad Manager Subscription for a Sub-Account

Overview

If you no longer wish to use the Ad Manager service for a sub-account in your CRM, you can cancel its subscription directly from the settings. This guide outlines the steps to locate your subscription details and properly cancel the service.

Finding Your Ad Manager Subscription Details

To view your current Ad Manager subscription information, navigate to the Ad Manager section within your CRM sub-account. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the Ad Manager home screen to access settings. Inside, you’ll find a Subscription tab alongside other options. Here, details such as your monthly charge and subscription ID are displayed, along with an option to cancel.

Canceling Your Subscription

From the Subscription tab under Ad Manager settings, locate your active subscription row. At the end of this row, click the ellipsis (three dots) to reveal a menu, then select Cancel Subscription.

A confirmation dialog will appear outlining what will happen upon cancellation:

  • All active ad campaigns published through Ad Manager will be paused.
  • Lead syncing for any lead generation ad campaigns will stop.
  • Connected ad accounts will be disconnected, and access to Ad Manager will be suspended until the subscription is renewed.

Select a reason for cancellation from the provided options, or choose Other and enter a custom reason. After selecting a reason, the Cancel Subscription button will become active. Click it to confirm, and a success message will appear once the subscription is canceled.

If Cancellation Fails

On rare occasions, the cancellation may not process successfully. If you encounter an error message or your subscription remains active, please contact support by submitting a ticket. A support representative will assist you in canceling the subscription manually.

Note: If you have an ad campaign currently under review by the advertising platform, you will be unable to cancel your subscription until the review is complete. An error message will notify you if this is the case.
