Setting Up LinkedIn Lead Ads Integration

Streamline Your Lead Generation with LinkedIn Integration

Connect your LinkedIn advertising campaigns directly to your CRM to automatically import leads from LinkedIn Lead Ads. This integration ensures that new prospects are immediately available in your CRM for follow-up and nurturing.

Setting Up the LinkedIn Integration

To begin, navigate to the Integrations section within your CRM settings. Locate the LinkedIn integration option and select the Connect button to start the setup process.

You will be prompted to log into your LinkedIn account. Make sure to grant all requested permissions to allow the integration to function correctly.

After a successful login, you can select one or more LinkedIn ad accounts to connect to your CRM sub-account. There is no limit to the number of ad accounts you can connect.

Important: Each ad account you integrate must have an associated LinkedIn Company Page. Without this, the integration will not work.

For each connected ad account, configure the synchronization settings. You can choose to import:

  • All leads: Imports all leads from the past 90 days as well as all new leads going forward.
  • New leads: Only imports new leads generated after the integration is active.

Click Connect to finalize this step.

Mapping Form Fields

Once the account connection is established, you need to map the fields from your LinkedIn lead forms to the corresponding fields in your CRM. Access the form field mapping configuration, usually found in a dedicated tab.

Use the Map Fields button to create associations between the LinkedIn form fields and your CRM contact fields. After configuring the mappings, click Confirm to save your settings and complete the integration.

You can control which forms send leads to your CRM by toggling their status on or off.

Testing the Integration

To verify that leads are syncing correctly, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your LinkedIn Campaign Manager and select the Advertise option.
  2. Choose the ad account you connected for testing.
  3. Select a specific campaign group and ad from which to send a test lead.

  5. Submit a test lead through the form, ensuring the form is enabled and properly mapped in your CRM.
  6. Check the Contacts section in your CRM to confirm the test lead has been imported successfully.
