How to Change Your App Pricing Plan
You can modify the subscription plan for any app you have installed through the App Marketplace. This guide explains the process for different app distribution types.
Changing Your Plan
To update an app's pricing plan:
- Navigate to App Marketplace > Installed Apps.
- Locate the app you want to modify and select the Change Plan option.
Agency-Only Apps
For apps distributed exclusively to agencies, the process involves two steps:
- Select your new pricing plan from the available options.
- Review the changes and complete the upgrade payment.
Agency & Sub-account Apps
For apps that can be distributed to both agencies and sub-accounts, the process includes three steps:
- Choose your new pricing plan.
- Select which sub-accounts should receive the plan change.
- Review all modifications and proceed with payment.
Billing Adjustments
When you change plans mid-billing cycle, your account receives pro-rated adjustments. Upgrades generate additional charges, while downgrades may result in credits. These adjustments appear on your next billing statement.
