Customize Your White-Label CRM Mobile App

Customizing Your White-Label Mobile App

You can fully brand and configure your white-label mobile app to match your agency's identity and user needs. This process is managed through the Mobile App Customiser in your agency view.

Accessing the Customizer

Navigate to the agency-level view of your CRM. From the main menu, select Mobile App. On the following screen, click the Customise App button to open the customization interface.

Step 1: Branding

This section defines your app's core visual identity.

  • Essential Branding: Set the App Name, upload an App Logo, choose a Primary Color, and select a Font. Click Save and Next after making your changes.
  • Splash Screen: Customize the screen users see when the app launches. You can upload separate images for Light Mode Splash Screen and Dark Mode Splash Screen. Click Save and Next to proceed.

Step 2: Customization

This section controls the app's interface and navigation.

  • Login Screen: Personalize the login experience. You can set a Login screen logo (with separate options for light and dark modes), customize the Title text and Subtitle text, and change the CTA button text. Click Save and Next.
  • Core Navigation: Manage the main navigation bars.
    • Top Navigation Bar: Add or edit items like Notifications or Profile.
    • Bottom Navigation Bar: Control which tabs are visible (e.g., Dashboard, Conversations, Apps). You can reorder or remove modules. Please note there is a limit to the number of modules you can add here.
    Click Save and Next.
  • App Drawer: This is the full menu accessible from within the app. Here you can add, remove, or reorder modules and organize them into categories.

Step 3: Adding a Custom Module (Optional)

You can extend the app's functionality by embedding a web-based tool or page as a custom module.

  1. Click the Add More button.
  2. Fill in the required details: Module Title, Module URL, and select an Icon.
  3. Choose the behavior: open the link inside the app or in the device's mobile browser.
  4. Assign access by selecting specific users/accounts or setting role-based visibility.
  5. Click Save.

Finalizing Your Changes

After completing all desired customizations, click the main Save button to apply all changes. Ensure all modifications are properly saved. To make these updates available to users, you must generate a new app build from the mobile app settings.

Best Practices

  • Complete all branding and layout customizations before updating the live app build.
  • Use the preview screens provided in the customizer to verify your layout and branding appear correctly.
  • Avoid saving incomplete configurations, as this can lead to issues in the live application.
