Receiving Calls from Multiple Locations on the Mobile App

What Is Multi-Location Incoming Calls?

The Multi-Location Incoming Calls feature allows users to receive calls from up to 10 different locations (sub-accounts) directly on their mobile app, regardless of which location they are currently logged into. This eliminates the need to switch accounts manually and ensures you never miss an important call from any of your assigned locations.

Each incoming call displays a location badge identifying which sub-account the call is coming from. During the call, you can switch directly into that location to take notes, update records, or log the call within the correct CRM workspace.
