Sending Voice Notes in WhatsApp Conversations via the Mobile App

You can now record and send voice notes directly from a WhatsApp conversation using the mobile app. This feature provides a quick and personal way to communicate with your contacts without leaving your CRM's conversation interface.

How to Send a Voice Note

Follow these steps to record and send a voice note from a WhatsApp chat in the mobile app:

1. Open the mobile app and switch to your desired sub-account.
2. Navigate to the Conversations section and open an active WhatsApp chat.
3. In the message input area, you will see an icon for recording a voice note. Tap this icon to begin.
4. Hold to record your message. While recording, you have options to pause and resume. You can also delete the current recording to start over.
5. Once you are satisfied with your recording, tap the send icon to deliver the voice note directly within the conversation thread.

The voice note will be sent to the contact via WhatsApp, and the message will appear in your conversation history.
