Affiliate Payouts Overview
Your CRM uses a dedicated payment automation service to handle all affiliate payouts. This system provides a secure and efficient way for you to receive your commissions.
Available Payment Methods
Depending on your location, you can choose from several payment options:
- For US-based affiliates: Direct Deposit, PayPal, or Debit Card
- For International affiliates: ACH Transfers, PayPal, or Debit Card
Setting Up Your Payment Account
All affiliates receive an email invitation to register with the payment system. The registration process is quick and guides you through three simple steps to become compliant and ready to receive payments.
If you need a new invitation link or have questions during setup, contact the affiliate payments team at the provided support email.
Payout Schedule
Commissions are approved and sent on the 15th of each month for earnings from the previous month. Once your payment status shows as "submitted," the transfer is underway. Depending on your chosen payment method, funds typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
Note: There is a $50 minimum commission balance required before a payout is processed.
Common Setup Issues
During registration, you might encounter errors related to tax information or validation. If you receive an error about an invalid EIN (Employer Identification Number), try these steps:
- Log into the payment portal and update your EIN or tax forms
- Re-enter your EIN in your affiliate portal under Payment Details > Tax Forms
- If validation continues to fail, contact support with your affiliate email and referral link
For other technical issues, create a support ticket through the CRM portal and include your affiliate email and referral link for faster resolution.
Pending Payments
If a payment appears stuck on "pending" status, it might be flagged as a potential self-referral. These flags are automatically generated when the system detects matching IP addresses, names, or email addresses between the affiliate and referred customer.
