Frequently Asked Questions
I get an error about an unregistered domain when accepting a payment. What should I do?
This error occurs because Razorpay requires the domain used for payment processing to be whitelisted for your specific merchant account. By default, the CRM uses a generic branded domain that is only approved for its own account. To resolve this, you must register and use your own branded domain in the CRM (as described in Step 4) and add it to your Razorpay dashboard. Once your domain is verified, payments will process successfully.
Does the Razorpay integration support SaaS mode or Wallet recharges?
No. While the CRM supports SaaS mode and wallet recharges with a custom payment provider, the specific Razorpay integration does not support these features. Razorpay does not allow off-session charging on saved cards through this integration. Only fixed-duration subscriptions are supported.
