A vCard QR code allows you to share your contact information instantly when scanned. Instead of manually exchanging business cards, users can scan the code with a smartphone to save your details directly to their device. How to Create Your vCard QR Code

Step 1: Access the QR Code Builder

Log into your CRM account. From the left-hand menu, select Sites, then click on the QR Codes tab.

Step 2: Choose the vCard Type

Click the Create QR Code button. Give your QR code a name for your own reference. In the Select QR Code Type section, choose vCard, then click Next.

Step 3: Enter Your Contact Information

Fill in your contact details in the provided fields. The Phone Number field is required. You can also add your first and last name, mobile number, email, website, street address, city, state, country, postal code, company name, and job title. You have the option to upload a profile picture or company logo. Click Next when finished.

Step 4: Customize the Colors

Choose colors for your QR code's background, dots, marker border, and marker center. You can use the color picker or enter specific hex codes.

Step 5: Select the Shape and Style

Choose the style for the dots, marker borders, and marker centers to customize the appearance of your QR code.

Step 6: Add a Logo

Upload your logo. You can toggle the Remove background behind logo option on to make the area around the logo transparent, or off to place the logo on top of the QR code.

Step 7: Set a Background Image (Optional)

You can upload a background image for the page and adjust its transparency level if desired.

Step 8: Download and Save Your QR Code

Choose your preferred file format (PNG, SVG, or PDF) from the dropdown menu. Click Download to save the file to your device, or click Save to store it within your CRM.

The vCard QR codes you create are dynamic, meaning you can update the contact information they contain at any time without generating a new code. This makes them perfect for long-term use, even if your details change.
