This feature allows you to create a unique result page for each category in a personality-style quiz. Instead of showing a generic message to everyone, you can tailor the text, images, videos, and call-to-action buttons specifically for quiz takers who score highest or lowest in a particular category. When a user completes the quiz, the CRM calculates their score for each category. The Individual Category result section you've configured then automatically displays the content you created for the user's highest-scoring or lowest-scoring category.

Using a Default Template

To make setup quicker, the content you create for the first category can be used as a starting point. After you configure the first category, you can add more categories and modify the content for each one individually, which helps avoid repetitive setup work.

How to Set Up Individual Category Results

Follow these steps to personalize the results for your quiz categories.

1. Open the Quiz Builder for your quiz.
2. In the left-hand panel, click + Add Section.
3. From the list of section types, select Individual Category.
4. Click on the new Individual Category section in the left panel to open its settings.
5. Select the specific category you want to customize from the available list.
6. In the settings panel on the right, locate the Display Category option.
7. Choose whether this content should appear for the Highest Score or the Lowest Score.
8. Customize the content for this category, including:
   • Text
   • Images
   • Videos
   • Call-to-Action button text
   • Call-to-Action link
9. Repeat this process for every category you wish to personalize.
10. Use the preview function to test the result page and ensure it works correctly.
11. Save and publish your quiz.
