What is AI Studio?

AI Studio is an intelligent workspace within your CRM that allows you to build websites, landing pages, and other interactive digital experiences using natural language. Instead of constructing every element manually, you can describe your vision in a prompt. The AI then generates a draft with layouts, content, and visuals, which you can further refine through conversation or direct editing. This tool is designed to accelerate the creation process while keeping all your projects organized in a central location.

Note: AI Studio is a Labs feature. It must be enabled for your sub-account before you can access it.

Accelerated Creation: Generate complete page drafts from a text description, bypassing initial manual setup.

Versatile Inputs: Kickstart projects using templates, by referencing an existing webpage URL, or by uploading your own images for inspiration.
Safe Experimentation: A built-in version history lets you review past iterations and restore previous versions if needed.
Integrated Management: All your projects, folders, and templates are accessible from a unified home screen.
Direct Publishing Path: Preview your work, publish it to a test domain, and ultimately connect a custom domain when ready for launch.

Accessing AI Studio

To use AI Studio, you must first ensure it is activated for your account.

Navigate to your sub-account within the CRM.
Enable the AI Studio feature from the Labs section.
Once enabled, you will find AI Studio in the main left-hand navigation menu.

User Permissions

Account administrators can control team access to AI Studio with two permission levels:

View AI Studio: Grants read-only access to view projects.
View & Manage AI Studio: Grants full read and write access to create, edit, and manage all projects.

AI Studio Home Screen Overview

The home screen is your central hub for all AI Studio activity. When you open it, you will see:

A prompt input box for describing new projects.
Tabs for organizing your work, such as Recently Viewed, My Projects, Starred, and Templates.
A selection of template categories, including landing pages, e-commerce storefronts, blogs, and dashboards.
A sidebar providing quick access to recent work and project navigation.

From here, you can create new projects, open existing ones, and perform actions like renaming, moving to folders, or deletion.

Creating a New Project

You can begin a project in several ways, depending on what you have to start with.

Starting with a Prompt

This is the most direct method. Type a detailed description of what you want to build into the prompt box. The more specific you are about the purpose, content, and style, the more accurate the initial AI-generated draft will be.
