How to Access Audit Logs

Audit Logs are located in your CRM’s Settings area. To view them:

  3. Review the log entries for the selected module.

Data Retention

Audit Logs are retained for a rolling 60-day period. After 60 days, records are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. For long-term needs, consider exporting logs or establishing internal review processes.
