How to Purchase a Domain

Enabling Domain Purchase

Before purchasing domains, you must first enable the feature for your agency. Navigate to your agency settings, then to the Company section, and locate the Domain Purchase option. Toggle the feature on and confirm your agreement to the terms by checking the required box. Once enabled at the agency level, you can manage or disable domain purchasing for individual sub-accounts from the same Domain Purchase settings area.

Purchasing a Domain

With domain purchasing enabled, you can buy a domain directly within the CRM. Visit the Domains page within your location settings. Use the search bar to check if your desired domain is available. The system will display the domain along with a list of recommended alternatives. Select the Buy option to complete your purchase, which typically takes about one minute to process.

You can also initiate a domain purchase directly from within various builders, such as those for Funnels, Websites, Stores, or Webinars. In the settings for any of these assets, open the Domain dropdown. If your domain isn't listed, select the option to purchase a new domain. This will open the domain purchase page in a new tab where you can search for and buy your domain.

Important Considerations

All domains purchased through the CRM include WHOIS privacy protection at no extra cost, keeping your personal information private. Please be aware that once a domain is purchased, it is permanently associated with your account and cannot be refunded, canceled, or removed.

Configuring Your Domain

After purchase, manage your domain from the Domains page. Click Configure for your domain to access management options. You can modify various DNS record types with a single click, including A, CNAME, AAAA, MX, and TXT records. You can also connect your newly purchased domain directly to sites from this interface.

For domains purchased through the CRM, the connection process is streamlined. When connecting domains to products at the sub-account level, the system will automatically authorize and add the necessary records during the domain connection flow.
