How to Use the Analytics Dashboard
Step 1: Access the Analytics Section
From your CRM dashboard, navigate to the Sites section using the left sidebar, then click the Analytics tab at the top.
Step 2: Choose an Asset Type
Use the dropdown menu to select the type of asset you want to analyze, such as Funnels, Websites, Blogs, Webinars, Forms, Surveys, QR Codes, or External Tracking. Only one asset type can be active at a time.
Step 3: Apply Filters
Optionally, narrow your focus by selecting a specific asset (e.g., a particular funnel or website) from the second dropdown. Set a date range using the picker in the upper-right corner; the default is the last 14 days. The dashboard compares your selected period with the previous equivalent timeframe.
Step 4: Explore the Data
Interactive KPI cards at the top allow you to dive deeper into specific metrics. Click any card to update the charts below with detailed breakdowns. Note that available KPIs vary by asset type; for example, QR Codes show only total scans and lack toggle cards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are there no KPI toggles for QR Codes?
QR Codes display a simplified view with total scans and scans by code, so interactive KPI cards are not available for this asset type.
How is the previous period percentage calculated?
The dashboard compares your selected date range with the immediately preceding period of the same length (e.g., last 14 days vs. the 14 days before that).
What affects data for External Tracking?
Data appears only if the External Tracking script is correctly installed and active on the external site. Missing or blocked scripts will prevent views and submissions from being recorded.
Can I see page views for a specific funnel step?
Yes, click on an item in the Page Views chart to view step-level performance and engagement metrics.
