Managing Domains Purchased Through Your CRM
Overview
When you purchase a domain directly through your CRM, you can manage all of its settings without leaving the platform. This guide explains how to access and configure these domains for use with your websites, funnels, and other site properties.
Accessing Purchased Domain Settings
To manage a domain you purchased through the CRM, navigate to Subaccount > Settings > Domains > Purchased Domains. You will see a list of your purchased domains.
Configuring Your Domain
Click the Configure button next to the domain you wish to manage. This opens a menu with two primary options for configuration.
Managing DNS Records
This option allows you to directly add, edit, or remove DNS records for your domain. You can manage the following record types: A, CNAME, AAAA, MX, and TXT.
Important: A root domain (e.g., yourdomain.com) should typically have only one A record. Having multiple A records for the same root domain can cause conflicts, particularly if the system attempts to add its own required record automatically.
Connecting the Domain to a Site
This process links your domain to a specific property you have built, such as a website, funnel, store, or blog.
- Click Connect This Domain.
- Click Continue.
- Click Continue again on the following screen.
- Click Add Records.
- Select the type of site (e.g., Website, Funnel) from the list and click Proceed to complete the connection.

Can I use one purchased domain for multiple sites at the same time?
No. A single root domain can only be connected to one site type (e.g., a website, funnel, blog, or store) at a time. To use the same domain for different purposes, you can create and connect subdomains (like store.yourdomain.com) for each site.

You have full control over the domain's DNS settings. You can add, edit, or delete A, CNAME, AAAA, MX, and TXT records directly within the CRM.
