Your CRM includes powerful logging features for your website, providing detailed records of user actions and site traffic. These logs are essential for maintaining security, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring transparency across your site management.
Activity Logs
What Are Activity Logs?
Activity Logs provide a chronological record of actions performed by users within your website's management interface. Each entry captures key details to help you track changes and user behavior.
Information Captured in Activity Logs
- User Identification: The username of the person who performed the action.
- Timestamp: The exact date and time when the action occurred.
- Action Status: Whether the action completed successfully or resulted in an error.
How to Use Activity Logs
To view Activity Logs for your website:
- From your main CRM dashboard, navigate to the section for managing your website.
- In the submenu, select Activity Logs.
- If prompted, enable logging for your site.
- Choose a time range to filter the displayed logs.
Note that logs will begin appearing only after you have enabled them and the selected time period has passed.

How to Use Access Logs
To review Access Logs:
- Go to your website management area from the CRM dashboard.
- Select Analytics, then choose the Visitors Report.
- Scroll to the bottom of the report to find the Access Logs section.

- From the left-side menu in your CRM, navigate to the Subaccount Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings page.
