Managing Premium Features for Workflows
About Workflow Premium Features
Workflow Premium Features unlock advanced automation capabilities within your CRM, allowing you to integrate with external services like Google Sheets and Slack, use custom webhooks, and leverage AI actions directly within your workflows. This eliminates the need for separate third-party automation tools.
Enabling Premium Features for Your Agency
To activate Premium Features for all sub-accounts under your agency, navigate to your Agency settings. Go to the Company section and locate the Workflow - Premium Features option. Toggle the feature on to enable it agency-wide.
Once enabled, both existing and new sub-accounts will receive an initial allocation of 100 free executions.
Configuring Re-billing for Sub-Accounts
To pass the cost of Premium Feature executions to your clients and potentially add a profit margin, you must manually enable re-billing for each individual sub-account.
After enabling Premium Features at the agency level, go to the Agency Settings and select Workflows - Premium Features. From there, you can access the settings for each sub-account to turn re-billing on or off.
If you have enabled Premium Features via the SaaS Configurator, any new sub-accounts created afterward will be automatically enrolled in Premium Features, and no further setup is required.
How Re-billing Works
When re-billing is activated for a sub-account, the usage costs for Premium Feature executions incurred by that account will be billed to your agency. You can then set your own price to charge your client for this usage, allowing you to manage the cost and potentially generate revenue from the service.
